The Regulation 18 Draft Local Plan Consultation is now closed. Thousands of people submitted their comments which will be made public as soon as they have been collated. HDC will then be consolidating these findings, alongside evidence based documents, as they continue their preparations for the next draft of the Local Plan. Currently they aim to consult on the final Submission Draft of the Local Plan (Regulation 19) in Autumn/Winter 2020. The Leader of the Council however has asked the Secretary of State for more flexibility on the Local Plan timescale and we will share further updates on this page in due course.
